Library Closed | Curbside Delivery

Closed in response to COVID-19

In order to assist with efforts to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus,the Paul Sawyier Public Library is closed. The Board of Trustees will be meeting on Wednesday, March 18, to approve a plan for a longer-term closing. The long-term plan will be announced on Wednesday. Please see our website and Facebook page for updates.

Curbside Delivery

This week, PSPL will offer curbside delivery from 10 AM to 4:30 PM and phone reference from 10 AM to 4:45 PM. Customers may reserve materials online or call the Library at (502) 352-2665. There will be a limit of 5 items per card. For online reservations, the first five items will be pulled for check-out. Public WiFi will be available in the Library parking areas, but please note that the reception isn’t optimal in the parking garage.

The book drop in front of the library is available 24/7, but we ask that patrons please keep all checked out materials during this time period. We will not charge fines on late items. We are not accepting any donations at this time.

We encourage you to explore our digital collection. Check out ebooks from Kentucky Libraries Unbound/Libby; movies, ebooks, and music from Hoopla; eaudio books, magazines, and British TV shows from RBdigital; music (streaming and downloadable) from Freegal; and movies, documentaries, and unlimited kids shows from Kanopy.
