HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY? The Lions v Wallabies Test Matches: 4 per match subject to availability Non-Test Matches: 10 per match subject to availability WHY AM I SEEING A QUEUE/WAITING ROOM PAGE WHEN BUYING TICKETS? Demand for the Lions Tour is expected to be high. If you are seeing a waiting room, it means many people are after tickets at the same time as you and a queue system has been implemented to assist ticket purchasers. Please remain on the page and don’t refresh your browser – the page refreshes itself frequently to let more fans through to purchase tickets. WHY IS THERE A TIMER WHEN I AM TRYING TO BUY TICKETS? Due to high demand or website traffic, a time limit may be implemented during the checkout process. This gives as many people as possible a chance to purchase tickets. To speed through the checkout process, login to your Ticketek/Ticketmaster account in advance (pending the match you are buying). WHEN AND HOW WILL TICKET(S) BE DELIVERED? All public tickets will be delivered as in-app mobile tickets only. More information on how to access and share tickets will be made available closer to each match. WHAT DOES ‘ALLOCATION EXHAUSTED’ MEAN? If all currently available tickets are allocated, the match will display as "Allocation Exhausted". For any matches where general ticket allocations are currently exhausted, Hospitality or Travel packages may still be available. WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY TICKETS IN THE FUTURE? A second release of tickets is expected to be made available to the general public in late 2024. Hospitality and Travel packages are still available. More FAQs are available here.
