Volunteers Needed for Bee Keeping
This spring the Deerfield Park District will begin a Beekeeping program. We are looking for 2-3 knowledgeable and experienced volunteers to manage our hives. All equipment will be provided.

Remote Enrichment Care (R.E.C.) 2.0
The Deerfield Park District understands that working parents need care for their student children. This program is intended for self-directed learners. R.E.C. staff will supervise students while they work remotely on their schoolwork in accordance with the remote learning schedule.

Introduction to Beekeeping Virtual Workshop
Wednesday, 2/24/2021
This is the perfect workshop for those wanting to learn the basics of beekeeping. Learn where and when to purchase bees, how to get honey from the comb, honey variations, and the reason there some differences in color and taste.
All participants will also receive a free sample of honey.

Jewett Park Community Center:
Sign up for a supervised day of fun and activities at the Jewett Park Community Center. Children will participate in games, arts & crafts, and much more!
At JPCC, grades K - 5: Register here.
Sachs Recreation Center:
Join us for some fun sports activities and games. We will play a variety of sports in a stimulating and competitive environment. Participants will be required to wear a mask. Please bring a fillable water bottle.
