Suspected arson: A fire that scorched a vacant North Baton Rouge building belonging to a company owned by Collis Temple Jr. appears to have been set intentionally, fire department investigative records show. Temple is a real estate developer who owns the Harmony Center, which provides services for people with disabilities and behavioral health needs. New library branch: The East Baton Rouge Parish Library's new South Branch, at 2210 Glasgow Ave., will open its doors to patrons beginning March 24.
