LAFD Extinguishes South LA Fire

lafd firefightersA fire at a metal clad building near downtown Los Angeles was quickly knocked down Tuesday by Los Angeles Fire Department firefighters. Fire crews were called at 4:38 a.m. to 126 W. Washington Blvd. and Broadway where they quickly extinguished the flames in 13 minutes, said LAFD spokeswoman Margaret Stewart. No injuries were reported.
