 We're serving carrot cake in the store this week. So we're going to keep selling the mix for $1.00 this week. Yeah, the one that Jennifer called illegal:
"Please tell Dennis that this cake should be illegal. No cake should taste that good!"
You really should look at the recipe for all four variations. We took a really good carrot cake and added pineapple, candied ginger, or cinnamon chips.
Of course, you can do that with a lot of favorite recipes, cookies or cakes--add one of these three ingredients to your recipes. That should get the wheels turning. Make some fantastic variations of your old favorites. Use our quantities as starting points for your recipes
And as good as the cake is, you'll die for the frosting. Be sure and get the recipe. This is what Jennifer says about the frosting:
"This is the best cream cheese frosting I've ever tasted--and I've tried a lot of them."
Use this frosting wherever you can. It makes cardboard taste good.
