Make Your Season |
Join us this holiday season for our second annual Make Your Season celebration! |
| We are starting off Make Your Season with a tribute to how we can all make the world a better place. Thanks to our partners at Rumpke and students from Louisville Male High School, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, featuring a boat made out of reused bottles is now featured in the World Around Us. The Male High School students constructed an actual floating boat made from nearly 3,000 plastic bottles that were collected in just four short months. Bookmark this page for a full list of Make Your Season activities that will be updated throughout the holiday season, including special maker workshops to create the perfect holiday gifts, Polar Express in our 4-story digital theater, and the always popular Noon Years celebration on December 31 and January 1. |

Science with a Twist |
| Saturday, February 1, 2020 7:00 - 11:00 p.m. Science With a Twist is Kentucky Science Center’s annual fundraising event. TWIST is the science center’s innovative and amazingly fun “twist” or deviation from the standard black-tie gala giving adults the opportunity to fully engage in our exhibits and specially curated activities. The evening piques the kid-like curiosity and invention of adults while raising money to support educational programming throughout the year. Guests will explore and play in the exhibits and experience hands-on activities while enjoying signature cocktails, heavy hors d’oeuvres and themed desserts. |
