Leadership is a Transfer of Belief
Someone recently asked me where I see myself and my career as an author / speaker in the next 5-10 years. The answer was easy. It's continuing to make a greater impact by Developing Positive Leaders around the world. It's one of my life's missions.
Why?Because I believe we are at a crisis of leadership in our culture today.
Challenging times require leaders who can lead others through the challenges. Now more than ever we need great leadership in our government, schools, businesses, hospitals and organizations. Good leadership won’t suffice. We need great leadership that's modeled through the Power of a Positive Leader. There is a difference and our future depends on it.
That's why I've been so encouraged over the last 5 months since we hosted our first Power of Positive Leadership 1-Day Training back in March. Since then we've hosted 2 additional public trainings (June and July) with another coming up on October 18, 2019.
We've had the privilege to train hundreds of people and response has been amazing! Even more gratifying though is hearing how attendees are achieving results as they take the principles back to their organizations and team.
