I made these as stocking stuffer snowmen for my adult children, but they are a treat anytime of the year! Unfortunately I didn't take a final photo of them with their "faces on", but it was a simply drawn as a bunch of dots (similar to smiley faces really) made with a Betty Crocker Easy Writer 4 decorator pen.

Those adhesive strips (to help better breathing) didn't work for me. I made my own devices instead. This is heavy rubber tubing from the hardware store; I use 5/8 inch diameter. Cut, with scissors, into approx 1/4 inch circles; you can get quite a few from 6 inches of tube.

Mark Opening for Turning a Sewing Project
By lalala...
Accidentally forgetting to leave an opening to turn a sewing project right-side out can be very frustrating. At a recent sewing class, the teacher gave me this fabulous tip to keep from sewing your project shut. Determine where you want your opening to be then mark the beginning and end of the opening with 2 pins.
