Bob Millard, General Manager, The International Show Car Association (ISCA), presented the ESAB Rebel 215ic winner’s certificate to Brad Klimkowski, instructor at Glenbrook South at the Chicago World of Wheels Show on March 3. ESAB is an official sponsor of Student Career Day, an initiative to support the automotive educational programs at schools by exposing students to the wide range of opportunities in the industry through speakers, corporate support and event participation. Student Career Day is held at ISCA shows across the U.S. and Canada, where students and instructors enjoy exposure to the aftermarket hot rod industry. At each car show event, a drawing is held for an ESAB welder in support the school’s welding program. More than 800 students attended the Chicago Student Career Day.
