Polydeck Screen Corp. plans $8.7 million expansion

Family-owned Polydeck Screen Corp. in Spartanburg, a provider of polyurethane and rubber screen media and specialty screening solutions, is investing more than $8.7 million in an expansion that will create 45 new jobs. (GSA Business Report)

S.C. Ports reports record cargo volumes

The S.C. Ports Authority reported its best monthly container volumes on record in August, handling 23,110 TEUs and 58,966 break-bulk tons last month. GSP cuts ribbon on new cargo facility

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport celebrated the opening of a $33 million air cargo facility on Monday, making room for a significant increase in cargo traffic and tripling the number of jumbo cargo planes that can load and unload at once. (GSA Business Report)
