Good morning, Marketer, is it time to renew your SaaS subscriptions? An innocent and simple question. But what a tempest blew up on LinkedIn when Angie Judge, CEO of cultural analytics platform Dexibit, complained about only hearing from a SaaS vendor once a year, just as renewal became due. She has a point. Cloud-based software has been a game-changer — and it allows vendors to understand how customers are using their services. That should form a basis for more in-depth and frequent conversations about value and success. Many, many people jumped on the thread to agree with her (and some to disagree).
