Since childhood, I have been fascinated by the Mediterranean Sea - with its streams of color, light, and reflections.
I was born and raised in Annecy, the Venice of Alps. Growing up on the shores of the pristine Lac d'Annecy, its cristalline and transparent waters nurtured my interest in depicting the light reflections on the water surface.
I developed an early connection with the lake shores and seashores which has deepened as I studied the Mediterranean sea and its colors through her photography.
I have has always been a photographer and inspired by my father and uncle who were always capturing something with a camera.
It was a trip to Rome as a young woman that solidified my desire to be an artist. In a city built upon a historic representation of art and where anywhere one walks they can find work by some of the most revered artists in the Western art. Where public plazas and architecture all echo the artistic spirit, it is no wonder that integrating art and life became a goal for me.
I travel whenever possible between the shores of the Mediterranean and the shores of the lakes, with water and harbours my favorite subjects.
I have won many international awards : the Milan International Tiepolo Award 2016 ; Roma Imperial International Prize, Museo del Bramante, Piazza del Popolo, Rome, 2015 ; « The New Heirs of Jackson Pollock », Villa Castelnuovo, Palermo, Italy 2015 and Chianciano International Award for Photography and Digital Art, Sienna, Italy 2010.
