"The past is gone." That was the declaration today from Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff. He told CNBC he is expecting half or more of his company's employees to work from home, even after the pandemic subsides. Pair that with a recent report from Bloomberg that some employees are quitting jobs to keep home offices up and running, and it feels like this is a full-on company culture shift. Companies are going to have to consider remote work right alongside the other things they offer employees, like free coffee and 401(k) match. It won't be the only one that changes or gets added. Being news folks, we want to write about this shift as it's happening. So tell us: How are you thinking about changing your employee offerings as a result of the pandemic? Are you changing up perks or keeping what you implemented during the last year in place?
