In the last 14 days: Have you been exposed to someone with Coronavirus? Have you had/do you have a fever or shaking chills? Have you had/do you have a new cough? Have you had/do you have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing? Have you had a loss of taste or sense of smell? Have you traveled outside of Maine or New Hampshire?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, please call our office at 207-303-3300 before coming in for your visit. We can help determine the right course of action for you, and limit the spread of infection. |
