Massive highway project set to begin in Broussard. It could become the city's next commercial corridor

This month work will begin on the $136 million redesign of the Ambassador Caffery Parkway/U.S. 90 intersection this month, and city officials there are already targeting the area as a commercial corridor. It's what one person called "intentional economic development." Could a grocery store finally land there?
