Co-founder Scott Farquhar, whose endorsement of Scaling Up is on the cover, is betting his workers will want to hang out at HQ vs. their homes/apartments. A pioneer of “Team Anywhere,” Atlassian released a report on the lessons learned after 1000 days of distributed work. It’s worth reading if you’re wrestling with making distributed/hybrid work, work for you.
