| Zachary Darke is the newly minted executive chef of Parquet, Harbord Street’s Michelin-recognized French bistro. The kitchen in the Liberty Village townhouse he shares with his partner, Kimberley Jewer, is stocked with Cheez Whiz, frozen duck and an at-home s’mores maker. “Now that Kimberley is pregnant, our shelves are equal parts power drinks and candy,” Darke jokes.
