To mark International Women’s Day 2024, Law.com International is recognising the U.K. legal industry’s most outstanding up-and-coming female lawyers, from across the industry’s top law firms.

With more than 120 entries, competition was fierce. Candidates were judged on: the quality of their client base; the scale, significance and complexity of their deals; their general market reputation and client feedback; the calibre of their mentors; and any other examples of career success and innovation.
