| Meet the Community Spirit Award winners |
|
The year began with raging bushfires and was quickly dominated by a global pandemic. If ever there was a need for community spirit, it is in 2020. Fortunately, as the inaugural ABC Radio Brisbane Community Spirit Awards have discovered, there are countless individuals and groups doing incredible things for the city. The awards, announced on Friday evening at our ABC Brisbane studios and via Facebook live stream, acknowledge the strength and diversity of Brisbane's communities and recognise those across the city who are making a real difference. |
