Does your workplace address mass violence?

Quick poll: How many of you have off for Juneteenth?

In the recent spate of mass shootings, was there a marked difference in how your company responded to Buffalo, as compared to Uvalde, Philadelphia or elsewhere?

No single company can address everything, but what it chooses to address can be telling. This isn't about the severity of one event in comparison to another: Gun violence is a problem across the country, and the solutions are multifold. They require addressing poverty, mental illness and racism in the United States, among other concerns and points of intervention.

I guess the question for today is: With a little bit of space from the events, how did your company address these issues? What could it have done better, if anything?
