What’s your most annoying psoriasis symptom?
Definitely the itching! It always kicks in right when I’m trying to sleep. It’s the saboteur of a good night's rest!

Have you ever done something you knew would cause a flare but you couldn’t help but do it anyway?
Absolutely—and the memory is always worth the flare. I've spent many late nights dancing and sleepless nights having fun with friends, way too much street food that was bound to flare me but just so delicious and choosing locations to live abroad, even if the weather isn't ideal for my psoriasis.

Do you have a favorite quote or motto that keeps you going on tough days?
My life motto is "follow your smile." When life gets tough and when I don't know what decision or path to take, I ask myself this... what would make Bree the happiest? What would keep my smile radiating? It's treated me very well this far!
