New court documents released

Hello, Royal Watchers!
The lawsuit the Duchess of Sussex has brought against Associated Newspapers Limited, which owns Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday, is still making its way through the courts, but new details have been revealed.
For those who don't know the background, the case centres on the Mail of Sunday's publication of excerpts of a private letter the duchess wrote to her father, Thomas Markle, in August 2018. The law firm employed by the duchess says publishing the letter was "intrusive and unlawful" and part of "a campaign by this media group to publish false and deliberately derogatory stories about her as well as her husband." As a result, the duchess is suing for "breach of privacy," copyright violations, and "the aforementioned media agenda."
This week, new court documents were obtained by HuffPost, and the revelations are startling and heartbreaking. More on the revelations, including the duchess' stance on the People magazine article that interviewed her close friends anonymously, below.
Have a great weekend and stay safe, Royal Watchers 👑👑
