| DIALOG is open for applications! The DIALOG Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to foster connections for mid-level executives who are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color working in programming and production. Originally a Realscreen initiative for execs across unscripted programming and production, the program is expanding the scope in its fourth year by partnering with NATPE, and will now encompass the scripted side of the industry as well. The program will invite up to 10 exceptional executives carefully chosen by our dedicated jury. Mentees will be matched with seasoned senior-level mentors who bring their wealth of experience and a commitment to guiding their mentees. Program highlights: • Individualized pairings with mentors expertly positioned to provide bespoke actionable feedback on plans and objectives. A minimum of two hours of mentoring per month between October and May;
• Mentorship as a cohort via virtual workshops. Topics may include pitching, dealmaking, budgeting, negotiating and financing;
• Complimentary access to Realscreen Summit 2025 and NATPE Global 2025, spanning the week of February 3 to 7, 2025 in Miami.
