In this newsletter we would like to inform you that the merger of CETECOM GmbH and CTC advanced GmbH to form cetecom advanced GmbH is now officially and legally underway.

This merger will create cetecom advanced GmbH, which will be a global leader in the field of testing and certification of electronic products with or without radio interfaces. With locations in Europe (Essen and Saarbrücken), Japan, Korea and the USA as well as a representative office in China and the combined experience of the two companies, cetecom advanced GmbH will be able to serve customers even faster and more flexibly.

Merger of CETECOM and CTC advanced to form cetecom advanced 

June 1, 2023, was THE significant day for our company: The first day, we also formally appear and act as a joint company called cetecom advanced.

Throughout the transition period, our teams have already been actively collaborating for the benefit of our customers. We are pleased that the merger of CETECOM GmbH and CTC advanced GmbH into cetecom advanced GmbH is now officially and legally underway.
