Marek Kielczewski is the new chief technology officer for SeaChange International in Acton. Kielczewski was promoted from SeaChange’s Poland office, where he was the CEO of DCC Labs, a Polish company that SeaChange acquired in 2016. In Acton, he will lead SeaChange’s technology innovation and execution.
