ERA Key Realty Services of Northbridge has two new real estate agents, Vartan Sahverdiyan and Dawn Grisold. Sahverdiyan has nearly two decades of experience in the restaurant business and was a clothier for years for Brooks Brothers, Armani, Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. Griswold, who has an associate’s degree in business administration from Fisher College in Boston, was previously a senior product sales representative for Staples.
