A federal judge has ruled companies alleged to have developed tuberculosis tests patented by a Marlborough company can sell the products before trial in January.
Sara Roberts has joined the staff of Sundin Associates, a Natick marketing and advertising agency, as a marketing assistant and junior strategist. She was most recently the stewardship coordinator for development and alumni relations at Lasell College in Newton, where she graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in communication.
