Michelin North America announces price increase

Michelin North America Inc. has notified its dealers of an upcoming price increase, up to 7% in the United States and up to 5% in Canada for selected Michelin, BFGoodrich and Uniroyal brand products in the passenger and light truck tire categories.

Bon Secours St. Francis Health System employees recently dedicated a home they built at 16 Ferdlee Reid for the Leake family in Greenville’s Sterling community. This is the sixth home Bon Secours St. Francis Health System and their employees have helped build through a partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County.

Chick-fil-A donates meals to the Salvation Army

The Chick-fil-A restaurants of Laurens and Haywood roads donated 754 meals to the Salvation Army of Greenville on Feb. 13. The two franchises hosted a buy-one, give-one opportunity for customers during December and January. The franchises matched the customer meal donations. The meals will be given to the 140 men, women and children living in The Salvation Army’s emergency homeless shelters.
