Microsoft and Meta Platforms just revealed plans…
To spend over $135 BILLION on AI in 2025.
Go here for my #1 hidden AI trade to buy now.
The two tech giants released quarterly earnings this week.
They plan to dramatically increase spending on AI datacenters and chips from Nvidia (NASDAQ: NVDA).
Meta Platforms plans to spend up to $40 billion on AI infrastructure this year.
Meanwhile, Microsoft is on track to spend over $73 billion.
The combined spending from these two tech giants is expected to be around $113 billion this year.
I expect them to increase spending by +20% next year. And that would bring the total cap-ex to over $135 billion in 2025.
Meta’s CFO explained their plans on an analyst call…
“We expect a significant acceleration in infrastructure expense growth next year.”
The same message was echoed by Microsoft’s CFO…
“We expect capital expenditures to increase on a sequential basis given our cloud and AI demand signals.”
The message is crystal clear…
Meta and Microsoft are NOW slowing down their AI spending. In fact, they plan to significantly increase spending in 2025.
Nvidia is currently the biggest winner of the AI boom.
Yet 5 undiscovered stocks could be the next big winners.
Go here asap for the full story.
