The week's biggest real estate stories.
"The sky's more blue in Malibu," according to Miley Cyrus, so it's no surprise she has swapped her Nashville estate for a Malibu mansion. Cyrus paid nearly $8 million for a freshly rehabbed Mediterranean-style villa with six bedrooms, seven baths, a heated swimming pool and ocean views. Elsewhere, Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx has bought a European-style mansion tucked away in the Ventura County neighborhood of Lake Sherwood. The sprawling grounds host an outdoor fountain, a detached pool house, a fire-pit and raised spa overlooking the Sherwood Country Club and Santa Monica Mountains. |
