Milliken & Co., a global diversified manufacturer based in Spartanburg, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Borchers Group Limited, a global specialty chemicals company that makes high-performance coating additives and specialty catalyst solutions.

MUSC launches telehealth app for state employees

MUSC Health Virtual Care has launched a new web application for patients covered under the S.C. Public Employee Benefit Authority. The new platform, which became available on Jan. 1, gives patients access to care from MUSC Health providers via online questionnaires, phone calls, video visits and texts.

• Bobby Lyons and Chris Schweighart of Lyons Industrial Properties represented the tenant, BLG Logistics, in the leasing of 48,500 square feet of industrial space in Spartanburg.  The property owner, Southport Road LLC, was also represented by Bobby Lyons. BLG Logistics will utilize this space to provide logistical support services for a supplier of BMW vehicle components.
