Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance marks its 13th year applauding automotive excellence August 5 & 6 along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. The weekend includes Saturday’s Show & Glow by the Lake, a celebration of all things motorized and open to any vehicle, and a completely different set of exceptional vehicles competing for awards in Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance. This year’s concours on Sunday, August 6 offers a rare opportunity to see timeless performance cars of the early 20th century, alongside amazing contemporary models. Iconic manufacturers such as Duesenberg, Bentley, Stutz, Alfa Romeo, Marmon, Bugatti, and more. Plus, modern day models from the likes of Porsche, Ford, McLaren, and Ferrari, many with Pebble Beach credentials. Honorary judge Wayne Carini joins the festivities this year. The star of Chasing Classic Cars, now in its ninth season on Discovery’s Velocity channel, Mr. Carini is also the owner of F40 Motorsports, a collector car dealership and restoration facility in Portland, CT, that has restored cars for luminaries such as David Letterman, Ivan Lendl, and the DuPont family. Mr. Carini stated “I am honored to be part of the 2017 Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance. I look forward to visiting with great friends, making new ones and enjoying the wonderful cars that will be on display.” Proceeds benefit Autism Society of SE Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, and Meta House.
