A Message From the Editor

Good morning. The Minnesota State Bar Association recently laid the groundwork to become the second U.S. state to establish a regulatory sandbox for experimenting with new legal services delivery approaches, specifically those involving GenAI. As LTN's Rhys Dipshan reports in today's featured article, if successful, the sandbox would be at least partly intended to assist self-represented litigants interacting with the judicial system in areas like housing and immigration without being charged with the unauthorized practice of law.
