Investors to develop Pepsi property on Upper Peninsula Real estate investment firm White Point Partners has acquired a 5.6-acre parcel on the Upper Peninsula, intended to be the second phase of a 10-acre campus it plans for the area. The site was purchased from Pepsi for $8 million on a short-term sale-leaseback basis, which will allow Pepsi to continue operating the distribution plant site until it relocates. Hot Properties Hagood Morrison of Bridge Commercial represented the tenant, Universal Logistics, in the lease of industrial space at 537 Omni Industrial Blvd. Peter Fennelly, Simons Johnson and Tim Raber of Bridge Commercial represented the landlord. |
