Circuit court returns properties to breakaway churches

The dispute over ownership of church property appeared to be settled in 2017 by the S.C. Supreme Court. However, the high court left open the possibility of clarification by a lower court, which on Friday returned ownership to a group of breakaway churches.

CofC planning new electrical engineering program

The college is adding a new Bachelor of Science degree to its School of Sciences and Mathematics, with plans to enroll the first cohort in fall 2021. CofC has also partnered with Clemson for graduates of CofC’s systems engineering program to enroll for their master’s at Clemson.
