The Sunday night open was 6016.00 which is 34 points below the 6050.00 close on Friday. In overnight trading before the cash open the market has moved up to at least 6084.00 which is 34 points above 6050.00. Many may be celebrating a Monday morning open higher than a Friday close, but 34 points is 34 points, and whether up or down, it still shows volatility. The market may be finding its strength, but it has yet to find its calm. A market that rallies on strength moves higher, a market that rallies with calm, stays higher. Key News and Probabilities for the Week This week we have CPI and PPI as our 2 main economic reports on the calendar. Probabilities are on the high side for the week.
