A divided Minnesota Supreme Court today upheld a waiter's court victory over the restaurant owner who fired him because he wouldn't share his tips with bussers.

The Minnesota Supreme Court overturned her convictions because DFE is not listed as a hazardous substance under Minnesota's driving-while-impaired statute.

Terms were not disclosed, but owner Glen Taylor said in August that he had offered Wiggins a five-year max contract worth $148 million.
