Protests ended in arrests near Minneapolis today. Authorities reopened traffic on southbound I-35W Wednesday at about 9:15 a.m. after protesters lined up across the interstate near downtown to protest police shootings. President Obama and former President George W. Bush spoke at an interfaith memorial service Tuesday afternoon for the five police officers murdered in Dallas last week.
