And, for the most part, those relationships are on Netflix's terms. The streaming giant has been selective about the partnerships it strikes, which has rubbed some brands and agencies the wrong way.
Nonetheless, brands say that Netflix is more willing to experiment than other premium networks like HBO and, because of its vast production output, has more opportunities than other platforms like Amazon Prime Video.
