N.J. to drop most COVID restrictions May 19. Restaurant, indoor capacity limits eliminated, but social distancing rules remain.
Masks and social distancing will be still required indoors, but outdoor capacity limits would also be dropped under the plan Gov. Phil Murphy jointly announced with two other states.
