Bob Dean, the owner of those homes and warehouse, was already in a mountain of Louisiana legal trouble over the disaster, but now the feds are after him too. They allege that Dean misspent $4 million— much of which should have been used to improve and maintain the warehouses — and put it in his own pocket instead, buying cars, antiques and allowances for his family.
