The coroner's office said there was no sign of trauma on Millard's body, but did not yet have a cause of death. And police gave new information about how they have been able to track his movements the night he disappeared. Max Gruver's death at a fraternity party in 2017 reverberated through LSU and Louisiana, leading to criminal prosecution and tougher rules and new laws aimed at stopping hazing.
