New development to bring 566 homes to Blythewood

Arabella Spring will feature detached, single-family homes priced from $200,000 to $300,000. Atlanta-based developer St. Bourke is spearheading the 220-acre project, its first in the Columbia area. Plans include a central six-acre park and walking trails.
