IT’S OFFICIAL! Today, Governor Ron DeSantis signed SB 56 into law, making Florida the first state in the nation to criminalize weather modification and geoengineering activities.
The bill goes into effect July 1, 2025 with additional reporting required from airports starting October 1, 2025.
