[New post] St John’s Church School, Orton Goldhay officially opened

I'm so chuffed for St John's at their magnificent new building, opened today by HRH the Duke of Gloucester, and so proud of the children and staff there for building a superb Christian ethos as the very fine wall-size graphics proclaim. This is the very antithesis of a faith school that divides its community. This is church school, whose firm foundation in our Christian faith in the love of God, enables such a warmth of love in us that we can fling open our doors wide in love to others. Look how in the wall-size graphic the cross is made manifest by the rainbow of Christian values that spring from it. Hooray! It was a privilege to bless the school and dedicate it to the loving service of its community.
