Research Report: 40% of publishing workers say they have faced discrimination

In our latest research, available exclusively to Digiday+ members, Digiday surveyed over 200 publishing industry workers about sexism, racism and other types of discrimination. Key findings include:

• 40% of workers have experienced some form of harassment or discrimination.
• Women think sexism/racism/discrimination has remained the same while men think things have gotten better.
• Ageism — or the perception of it — was experienced by both men and women surveyed.
