Some of you have spent decades in the classroom and will be sharing your knowledge with early-career educators and veterans alike. Some of you are just starting out (with whom we share one of our favorite quotes, from actor Helen Hayes: “The expert in anything was once a beginner”). Whether it’s your first or 30th year heading into the classroom, we don’t believe that your sharing of best practices and expertise—and the opportunity to learn from others—should end with your school or district.
