If you enjoy consuming alcohol, listen up.
I'm purely a social drinker. Sometimes I'll go stretches without having any alcohol at all, and other times I'll wake up on the weekend regretting the last drink. Lately, I've really been examining those habits with a magnifying glass — a coincidentally perfect time, considering a new study on alcohol that just came out. The data suggests there's a certain age range where there's essentially zero health benefit to drinking (in fact, it probably holds significant risks). Our friends at HuffPost UK looked into the study — which also discovered an age range when a tiny bit of alcohol may have a few perks — and broke down everything you need to know. ❤️, Lindsay |

As of this past weekend, we're only a three digit number away from mental health help. You can now dial 988 to reach the Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a hotline meant to help people who are experiencing emotional difficulties. The main point of the service is to assist people who are at risk for suicide of self-harm, but you also can utilize it even if you're not in crisis. I spoke with experts on all the ways the hotline can be used, plus some other important info to know. |

Folks who experience body dysmorphia often avoid social situations. Challenging the urge to hide from the world is an important exposure when learning to cope with body dysmorphia. |
