Claude Howell: Carolina Interpreter focuses on the life and work of one of North Carolina's most notable artists. Howell holds an established place in the vanguard of North Carolina Art. He came to the museum after working at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, the Montalvo Arts Center, the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas, and the Gagosian Gallery in New York.
